How to Book Your Ideal Vendor

Every detail of your wedding day needs to be absolute perfection. That‘s why picking your vendors is soooo important! If you think about it, every vendor that you choose is going to in some way shape or form affect your guests. So the pressure is on. On top of all of that there are so many vendors to choose from. Don’t stress though, we are going to give you some tips to make the process go a little smoother.

Tip # 1: Asking your current vendors for recommendations

A great place to start looking for your perfect wedding vendors is with the vendors you currently have! It's super likely that the vendors that you hire also know other vendors that they have worked with and they can help you fill the gaps. If they are recommending it, that means that they have probably had a great experience with this vendor or maybe the vendor they are recommending has a great reputation.

Tip # 2: Find your vendors on social media

Nowadays, EVERYONE is on social media. It is very unlikely that you won‘t find a vendor on social media so use it to your advantage! Instagram is a great place to search for vendors. You can use the search bar to look for the vendor you are looking for and see which one fits your style.

Tip # 3: Make sure that a wedding vendor is right for you with a consultation call

If you’re not 100% sold on a vendor, set up a call with them! Most vendors offer a complimentary consultation call, with this you can get a feel for their style and work ethic. If your vendor doesn’t take the time to try and get to know you and what you want, keep looking.

Although it is pretty easy to get overwhelmed during wedding planning, one of the best things that you can start doing is finding the best vendors that fit your style.
