It was such an honor to be a part of Milly and Travis’ big day! It was the most beautiful celebration. Milly gave us the inside scoop on the details of her gorgeous wedding. Read below for everything she had to say regarding her big day!

How long have you and your spouse been together?

We’ve been together for 7 years!

How did you meet your spouse?

We met at the gym through mutual friends.

How did they pop the question?

In Denver, on a hike at a look out point on the trail we were hiking. He said he was going to take a pic of me looking over the mountain and when I turned around, he was on one knee.

When it came to planning your wedding, what was most important to you?

We wanted to be as present as possible in the whirlwind of the day and for our friends and family to have an amazing time.

What was the best part of your wedding day?

Not having to stress about anything the entire day. It was so seamless. We truly got to be in the moment and enjoy ourselves with our friends and family.

How did hiring Stephanie Arias Event Planning help you plan your dream wedding?

She gave us Vendor recommendations when needed - our chosen photographer/videographer were recommendations from her. She also helped in providing options for a DJ, decor, hair & makeup and although we ultimately went with other choices, it was so helpful to have the options. Also, I had a vision as to what style I wanted, as in the details and color palette BUT Stephanie made it come to life - her execution of my vision was *chef's kiss*.

If you could provide a tip to another couple planning their wedding, what would it be?

DEFINITELY hire a planner, the investment is worth it's weight in gold. Take dancing lessons for your first dance song - it was something not typically in our nature but we had fun doing it and learning a dance together felt very intimate and special as well as something we were proud of accomplishing and sharing with our guests on our day.

Where did you say YES to the dress, and what designer did you wear?

I said yes to the dress at the White Closet Bridal in South Tampa! I wore Enzoani.

Where did you order your stationary from?

We used Minted for our invites and handled RSVPs through our wedding website -highly recommend!

When it came to your venue selection, why did you choose to get married there?

The space was beautiful. When we toured it, we knew we could really get the aesthetic we wanted. The bridal suite was incredible and it was a huge plus that we could get ready there. Additonally, we were able to have the space for almost the entire day (9-12). At our expense, it was a no brainer.
